Columbia Marionette Theater
The Columbia Marionette Theater is located at 401 Laurel Street, in midtown's beautiful Riverfront Park. The theater can accommodate as many as 300 visitors per performance.This is one of only 20 marionette theaters in the country, and the only one specifically built for that purpose.
An in-house toy shop offers puppets and other gifts for sale, as well as refreshments. All productions, which take several months to create, are created entirely in-house by the five full-time staff members. For more information, see the theater's website at www.StrungOut.org, or call 803-252-7356.
