Miller's Mini Mall, next door to Miller's Bread-Basket restaurant, has
a large selection of arts,
crafts, antiques, and notions. Located at 483 Main Street in
downtown Blackville, SC, they're open daily, Monday through Saturday,

Ray Miller hopes to one day see downtown Blackville transformed into
an arts community, and his restaurant and mini-mall are important
beginnings in this revitalization effort. He is also seeking to save
the historic Shamrock Hotel
and establish a Noah's Ark
theme park through his Historical
Business Ventures, Inc. Work on these projects is well under
way, and sponsors and partners are needed to complete these projects.

Corridor, conveniently located on US Business 78 and SC 3, near
Healing Springs, Barnwell State Park, Region Three's Discovery Center,
and within 55 miles of four major interstate highways.
