Owner Ray Miller hopes to one day see downtown Blackville transformed into an arts community, and his restaurant and mini-mall are important beginnings in this revitalization effort. He is also seeking to save the historic Shamrock Hotel and establish a Noah's Ark theme park through his Historical Business Ventures, Inc. Work on these projects is well under way, and sponsors and partners are needed to complete these projects.
